Oh, Hello There!

My name is Diana Isabel Tantillo. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico. I am an artist, an animator, and a problem solver. I also love laughing. :)

I first knew I wanted to become an artist after reading My Name is Asher Lev by Chaim Potok. I knew I wanted to become an animator after watching the Studio Ghibli film Princess Mononoke. However I have been telling stories since I was a little girl. 

My passion for art and animation have taken me on a journey to the other side of the world and back again. I have learned so much about other peoples, other cultures, and different artistic techniques. As a result of my learning, I know that I am a hard worker; I strive to do the best I can and for my work to look good. I am organized, responsible, a fast learner, and can work well with others. 

I recieved my MFA from Animation and Digital Arts NYU School of the Arts Tisch Asia in Singapore and my BA from Wellesley College in Media Arts and Sciences.

I am secretly Uncle Albert from Mary Poppins ;)
